40 years of DÖKA Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG

Dear colleagues, customers, partners and friends,

When Messrs. Fritz Kadel, Kurt Dörr, Karl Bozenhardt and Ewald Haase founded DÖKA
Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG in February 1967, they could hardly imagine that their firm would
emerge as an internationally leading manufacturer of condom and glove machines.

Today, DÖKA is a global market leader for various machines and equipment for the production of
condoms and gloves. Our machines can be found in more than 40 countries worldwide, such as
Argentina, Brazil, China, Germany, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Namibia, Austria, Russia,
Spain, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey, Uganda, USA and Vietnam.

Since the foundation of the Company 15 condom dipping lines, 350 condom packing machines, 250 condom testing machines,
84 condom burst testing devices, 25 leakage testing devices, 8 glove dipping lines and 60 glove
packing machines were supplied to customers throughout the world.

DÖKA’s presence is international: In Germany with their headquarters in Rimbach, in the growth
market South East Asia with DOEKA Asia Sdn. Bhd, its own subsidiary company in Malaysia, in
further countries via local representatives. Furthermore, our service staff regularly visits customers
all over the world for installation or service workings. Our Technical Department is in permanent
contact with many customers for the support in technical questions and helping them to constantly
ameliorate their manufacturing processes.

DÖKA machines and equipment offer many advantages to our customers: high quality and
automation enable to minimize manufacturing costs. Technical innovations and a constant further
development additionally open up competitive advantages. Not without cause all leading condom
manufacturers belong to our clientele: successful enterprises have successful suppliers.

40 years of company history predispose us to say thank you:

In the first instance to thank our founders, associates and staff members: without the decisive
ideas linked with the ability to convert them into practice, without the willingness to take over
responsibility and personal risk, DÖKA would not exist in its contemporary form.

We would like to thank our partners as well – customers, bankers and suppliers – without their
confidence and support such a success would not have been possible.

Moreover, 40 years of DÖKA predispose to a promise: we will continue our way and continue our
cooperation with our partners and staff. We are looking forward to a lot of further years of DÖKA.
