If a customer has several DÖKA machines in operation our Service Technician can of course check different machines during one visit. Replacement or refurbishment after 10 years at the latest But at the latest 10 years in operation even the best equipment needs to be replaced or completely refurbished as the profitability decreases inevitably year by year and the risk of producing defective goods rise constantly. In such a case the customer has two alternatives a) A New DÖKA state-of-art machine equipped with all technical advantages b) A refurbishment of his equipment provided by DÖKA at low costs and within a minimum lead time. If the customer decides in favour of a refurbishment we can reach an extension of the lifetime of the equipment for many years. Beyond doubt this investment will be paid back within 6 or 12 months. Furthermore, in most cases it is also possible to upgrade elder equipment with state-of-the-art technical solutions of recent machines.
