The booth of DÖKA enjoyed a huge rush during the MARGMA GLOVE CONFERENCE 2006 in Kuala Lumpur including well-known visitors.

Each visitor could assure himself about what makes DÖKA extraordinary: Innovative machines like the brand-new and patent protected “Examination Glove Packaging Machine (EGP, available beginning 2007)” and the well-proven, more than 60 times sold, “Surgical Glove Packaging Machine (Ha 90.01)”.

Both machines have a big lead over competitive machines regarding flexibility and cost savings (labour costs, material consumption, handling costs). “Our machines are designed on the bases to achieve a simple pay back period between 3-4 years, considering current costs for labour and packaging materials in Malaysia” says Peter Zuber, Managing Director of DÖKA Asia Sdn. Bhd, “but costs for labour and packaging materials are expecting to climb year by year, resulting in an even shorter pay-back period for our machines.”

DÖKA build indeed Machines for your growth: “Automation is the only solution to reduce costs as the latex price and labour costs are on high levels” adds Norbert Strubel, Technical Director of the DÖKA Group. “We know this very well after 40 years in this business field with customers also in countries like Germany or the USA which are facing permanent price pressure.”
