System PFC - DÖKA's solution for "Low Powder" Condoms

System PFC is a special conveyor for DÖKA Sealing Machines that minimize un-controlled condom movements on the conveyor chain. As condoms with lower powder trend to "bounce" un-controlled on a usual conveyor (a result of a kind of "gluing" on the conveyor), DÖKA's new System PFC uses special moveable low friction trays on a flexible conveyor chain for minimizing condom's gluing and optimizing the gripping of each condom.

Main advantage: System PFC allows a major increase of the machine capacity in case of packaging "lower powder" condoms.

The System PFC can be upgraded on your existing DÖKA Sealing Machines and is optionally available for new DÖKA Machines.
